Privacy Policy

Flowmanic ("we") is a digital automation template store, a product by Limnax, operated by Ali Yakup Eyüboğlu (Istanbul, Turkey). This page explains what data we collect when you use our site and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• The email address you provide at checkout
• Your name, email, and process description if you submit a Custom Automation request
• Payments are processed by Polar; your card details never reach our servers
• Download link usage logs (IP address, browser info) — used to prevent abuse

How we use your data

We use your email address only to deliver the product you purchased, resend your download link, and (with your consent) tell you about new templates. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Service providers we use

• Polar — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel — hosting and database
• Anthropic (via Vercel AI Gateway) — only for Custom Automation orders: the process description you submit is sent to an AI model to generate your workflow. It is not used for any other product.

Data from the templates themselves

The n8n/Make templates you purchase run in your own account with your own API keys. Any data they process (e.g. customer emails, form responses) never passes through Flowmanic's servers.
