Refund Policy

Our products are digital, instantly-delivered downloads (a workflow file plus a setup guide). Because of this, refunds generally aren't available once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions

• The template file is corrupted or significantly different from its description
• The same order was accidentally created more than once (duplicate charge)
• Payment was taken but the delivery email never arrived, and "resend my link" doesn't resolve it
• A Custom Automation order that our team ultimately couldn't complete

In these cases, email limnaxmails@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number (the Polar order ID) — we'll review and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned via Polar within 5-10 business days.

Custom Automation

If the AI-generated automation doesn't pass our validation and needs manual completion, that's not grounds for a refund on its own — we complete it by hand instead, typically within 24 hours, at no extra charge.
